Exchanges and Returns/EN
Follow these 4 steps:
STEP 1
To register a return – log in to "My Pages" and select "Return." Mark which product(s) you want to return and state the reason. If you have trouble with the return process, you can email warehouse@urbanpioneers.no with the same information. Norwegian, Swedish, and English are accepted languages.
STEP 2
Place the product(s) you wish to return in the original packaging with all tags attached.
STEP 3
Use the prepaid return label and deliver the package to the nearest Bring/Posten post office. If you’ve lost the label or didn’t receive it, email warehouse@urbanpioneers.no and we’ll send you a new one. Norwegian, Swedish, and English are accepted languages.
STEP 4
If you want to return and exchange product(s), you must place a new order. Refunds will be processed through Klarna.
